I create a comprehensive written care plan tailored to the unique needs of every family I assist.
Support Groups: Ongoing
New Mothers Support Group: 0-6 Months, Ongoing
Tuesdays, 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
We will discuss the transition to motherhood. This group focuses on all types of infant feeding, sleep and development. We will also prepare mothers for returning to work. Mothers have an opportunity to ask questions, support each other and have belly/playtime on the mat.
Mother-Baby Support Group : 6+ Months, Ongoing
Thursdays, 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
We will discuss baby's advancing developmental needs. This group focuses on safe transitioning to pureed/solid foods, sippy/straw cups, infant led weaning and fostering consistent sleep routines. Mothers have an opportunity to ask questions, support each other and have picnics/playtime on the mat.
Fee: $40.00 each group/per week.
