My practice is founded on empathy, expertise, and unwavering dedication to the health and happiness of mothers and babies. I create a comprehensive written care plan tailored to the unique needs of every family I assist.
Support Groups: Ongoing
Breastfeeding Support Group: Ongoing
Mondays, 10:00 - 11:30 AM
We will discuss everything breastfeeding. This group will also prepare mothers for returning to work and continuing to nurse. Mothers have an opportunity to ask questions, support each other and have playtime with their babies on the mat.
Mother-Baby Infant Led Weaning Support Group : Ongoing
Thursdays, 11:00 AM-12:30 PM
We will discuss stressors of new motherhood and baby's advancing developmental needs. We will focus on safe transitioning to pureed/solid foods, sippy/straw cups, infant led weaning and fostering consistent sleep routines. Mothers have an opportunity to ask questions, support each other and have picnics/playtime with their babies on the mat.
Fee: $35.00 each group/per week.
