My expertise and compassion will guide you through every step, ensuring you feel understood and supported. I'll be there for you with dedicated care and a personalized approach to postpartum and lactation support. My practice is founded on empathy, expertise, and unwavering dedication to the health and happiness of mothers and babies. I create a comprehensive written care plan tailored to the unique needs of every family I assist.
Support Groups: Ongoing
Breastfeeding Support Group: Ongoing
Mondays, 10:00 - 11:30 AM
We will discuss everything breastfeeding. This group will also prepare mothers for returning to work and continuing to nurse. Mothers have an opportunity to ask questions, support each other and have playtime with their babies on the mat.
Infant Led Feeding Support Group: Ongoing, 6+ months
Mondays: 12:00-1:30 PM
We will discuss your growing baby and the safe introduction of pureed/solid foods and sippy/straw cups. We will also discuss advancing development and sleep routines. Mother's have an opportunity to ask questions, support each other and have picnic and playtime with their babies on the mat.
Mother-Baby Support Group: Ongoing *NO GROUP ON 4/17/25*
Thursdays, 11:00 AM-12:30 PM
We will discuss the stressors of new motherhood and go over all types of infant feedings, sleep routine and development. Mothers have an opportunity to ask questions, support each other and have playtime with their babies on the mat.
Fee: $35.00 each group.
Postpartum Depression & Anxiety Support Group: 10 WEEKS COMING SOON
Day/Time TBA
We will discuss stressors of new motherhood and a go over a weekly topic. Mother's will have an opportunity to discuss their prenatal, birth and postpartum experiences. Mothers have an opportunity to learn, gain confidence, support one another and learn tools to calm stress. Baby's are welcome to attend if preferred.
Fee: $500.00 for 10 week committment
